E220d annoying sound dashboard ( like crickets)

Hello guys
My E220d , w213 ( 19, Amg line premium ) few months ago started to make like a clicking sound underneath driver dashboard
This comes and goes and actually it’s very frustrating while sometimes the noise it’s much harder to cope with
Not sure if someone has this issue or have any problems like this
Just to have an idea on the issue that might me
I’m actually suspecting to have a imperfect contact to one of the cables or even a relais can be a issue
Going to dealer again it’s a waste of time, while I reported this already and the guys they don’t have a clue ( young inexperienced) after keeping the car for two days they said that they need more time

Broken stepper motor gear or linkage in the ventilation system. STAR diagnosis should point to the failed unit.

^^^^This. Depending on which linkage has broken it could be a quick fix, a dash out job or anywhere in between.

Sounds like a attuator on the heating cooling ,you might be able to put a hand on them under the dash to find which one is clicking

To describe the sound :
It’s exactly like the same sound when you scroll from your steering ( finger swipe to change menu , left or right side of the steering wheel )…posted an image but it’s more frequent in one sec it’s making like 5-10 clicks like described )
