I got rid of my c250td as it had too many problems. Bought an e300td and it has developed a problem. The car will not drive faster than 60 mph at 2000 revs. Any ideas whats wrong with it?

Is it like this all the time or ok for a few minutes then goes into limp home mode?

Either the MAF is duff or the turbo transducer is leaking, or the MAP sensor is duff or has a split pipe, would be my first guesses.

Meter the MAF, Pin-5 WRT Gnd. Expect 2v d.c at idle rising to 4.5v d.c. at full revs.
