E320 4 Zone Air Con Issue

My rear led panel in between front seats for 4 zone aircon in rear is dead. Doesn't light up and temperature adjustment from the rear panel does not work. I can alter temperatures from the main panel up front but still no great air flow comes out of rear vents. She's a 2007 E320 Facelift. Any help appreciated.

I wonder if that is going to be the heater duo valve , a common E W211 issue ?

Don't think it is. I can control temperature still from front. The led display doesn't light up in the rear.

I've got fault codes Current & Historic R22/23 Heater Booster and S81 Communication Error of AC Bus with Control Panel Rear Switch Group. The LED's for Right and Left temp scales don't work at all.
