Quite possibly a bent B-pillar too. They might have cut off the B-pillar closer panel and welded on new one.......run away!

yeah if its dents/basic then it would be a cat D cat C can be pretty bad!!!

it would flex like an espace convertible.
it is carrying the wrong lights for a 52 reg so serious rear end damage as well and it has the wrong badge.
It is not an E55

Cat D can be quite serious have a look in the back of autotrader to get some idea, i bought a cat D Discovery a few years ago and it had been in a serious shunt, axle 1/4 panel doors etc, all repaired but as well as the usual disco faults there was a whole load more to go wrong!.
