No bodykit, no exhaut system so exactly from which angle does this look like a E55 AMG!!!!!!

Those who know what an E55 is will know that isn't one, and those who don't wont care.

This will appeal to the small subsection of nobbers who think and pretend they know what an E55 is, but in reality they don't... and that is exactly who will buy it.
