Good buy or not?
What is the problem with the suspension sagging

I don't believe it a E55K.

Someone with more knowledge will come along soon, but it looks like its in bad nick.

It is a s211 e55k, suspension sagging could be the rear/front airbags split or pipework corroded causing it/them to leak.

Air suspension on these can be a lot of money to sort out. If it was a cheap/easy fix, the seller would have sorted it.

I think struts are around £1000 each new and the compressor is a few hundred. Plus fitting of course.

Mine had a load of work done on the airmatic a year or two back, I think there's around £3k in bills easy. At least it's all done with news MB bits though

Would tread with caution - probably safer to buy one that has properly looked after.
