Lowest on the dials is 16 degrees and from what i can remember highest is 28 with 22 in the middle.

if you put it right down to the bottom blue you can count the 6 clicks up to 22 from what i can remember ...

hehe.... i've been running with the temp set at max cold (blue) with the aircon ON (as i thought when the light lit up it was on).....

maybe i'll get better fuel econemy now lol

Not wanting to look in any sort of manual can anyone tell me where the pollen filter is and if it's easy to change. (1999 W202 C280).

Passengers footwell.

under the glovebox you will feel a flap with lots of holes in it. there are 3 screws allong the edge of this as it meets the dashboard. Remove the three screws and the plastic cover should come down and pull it towards you.

This exposes the fan blower unit and the pollen filter housing. The pollen filter is in the long thin houseing with the two slide clips on it. slide them off and the cover pulls down as does the filter....

Not an easy swap. The compressor/condensor or matrix or something is different.

Does anyone know if this is also true for an '02 W203?
