Engine number Vito 111 CDI

Hi

Can anybody help me out with the engine number for my newly acquired Mercedes Vito 111 CDI Vin: WDF63960313201741
I have located the engine number behind a hose above engine mount behind alternator, unfortunately its very hard to make out anything of it, I have tried scotch cloth and WD40 but it its still illegible. Is there a way of finding it online as I need it for import paperwork ?

hi guys sorry to wake up an old thread ,however i have a vito on 347 thousand miles and before i got it the previous owner told me it had had another engine fitted just over a 100k before ,so i need to know where to look for the engine number in order to purchase a correct replacement turbo for this engine.
