Engine Running Temp

Anyone know the running temparature of a E220 CDI { 2002 }W210 Model
Any advice etc

It should be up around the 80C-90C mark. If it's substantially lower fit a new thermostat. They do fail, but are not difficult to change.

Yer I thought that - running well below that what you say - any idea price on thermostat

40 quid plus vat, watch the casting though, even from MB dealership, there's some bad ones out there... see this link, some pics of current MB stock i took...

+1 All 3 mb's i've owned run between 80-90 as normal operating temperature.
