Will an e430 engine and box ect ect fit straight into an e200 body? Many 430s with ruined body and my 200 body isn't far off mint. Are the mounting points the same? I've already done a swap for big brakes and suspension.

Yes.

But that's not the full story. You will need all the associated electronics.
 
These cars have a separate front subframe iirc on which the engine is mounted. Affaik these are all the same for all engines - however the engine mounts certainly and possibly the subframe bushings may be different?

So if I was to have a complete e430 that had been rear ended or bodywork was rotten It'd have all the bits to switch it over? I mean I wouldn't have to have any adapters specially made or anything?
 
I'd guess there would be front suspension differences because of the 430's heavier engine. Possibly bigger brakes too, maybe a different rear axle ratio?
