i have only just got the car and i am not paying for the test the garage is cos i have only had it a week .so i am not too happy with the garage but thanks for all you help i just hope its nothing major

Get Medway Autos to give the car a good going over then and send the report to where you got it from.
Get them to pay for anything that is wrong.

You are covered under the fit for the purpose it was intending law and not of merchantable quality.

You can back it if they do not play ball

they say that the warranty is only standard and only covers basic things up to the value of £250 per item electical items are not covered , he says we should of up the warranty to of covered this and he aint liable
