Entering address using contact W213

Hi All Happy Christmas,

As some of you know I brought a W213 AMG trim estate on a 2017 that has the full command and I love it, but when I enter address from my iPhone using the share button in maps the address goes to the command unit without and problem. But when I enter the same address using the contacts on the command I keep getting a error saying the address is incomplete please enter the missing information? I have tried changing the way the address are enter into my iPhone but can’t for the life of me can workout why this is happening
And because you can only store a handfulof address on the command this would be really handy to have this working.

I get the same on occasions with my S212 2016 car butannot fathom out why as I have checked the addresses where this happens and they look fine.

It would be interested to know why, I am using a newish iPhone XS
