why does it say at the end :-

'This software has a very very complex installation and requires a technical knowledge of computers....'

why is it so difficult ?

It requires that your computer is on a network or at least has a network card in it among other things. Please note that the ones on ebay are practically all illegal copies unless you see pics of the genuine discs.

There are several different ways to install it, the EPC and WIS are client/server apps. Stealerships install the server components onto a server (obviously) and then the PCs in the workshop and the parts dept etc just have the client part installed. If you want to run both on the same computer (likely at home) then it requires some fiddling around.

Just about the only fiddling around i can do would involve a hammer , screwdriver and a pair of pliers..... i'm not too technical ....

guess its not for me then ..... unless banging the pc with the hammer, undoing and re-fastening the screws and then twisting cables with the pliers would help ?
