Edit:- Just noticed the price has come down since I first saw it. What happened there? False bids ?

The seller does state that he'll put a new grille on it, sort the bumper and replace the ashtray/cubby hole... At least he isn't trying to mislead nayone.....

on the plus side, at least its been serviced more regular than a ex company car etc. Only problem i see is the colour (Howard looking for a replacement ) and the left side of the boot. But, if bought at a bargain price could prove a good project for someone.

For what it is worth...

This should be a really cheap car for someone, but I would never buy an ex-Police Car.

Not just the way that it will have been driven (body panels replaced etc) but that there will soon be plenty of silver ones from the same source.

Criminals on the back seat might be more inclined to (ahem) soil themselves - do ex cop cars seem like such a good deal now?

Thats a cheap car, a friend of mine works for Venson leasing, they have the contract for the Metropolitan Police. I've been told the cars are maintained more frequently then the manufacturers requirements.
