Exhaust manifold pressure sensor - P0471

Thank you for this, but this is the same diagram I had used, doesn’t say which one is which tho, guy at Mercedes said there is a high pressure and a low pressure one. Still don’t know which was high or low. So decided to change both.

They're 2 different parts , you'd know if you changed one at a time .
 
I know there are but I didn’t know which one was sensor A. Replaced one and still had fault so replaced other one…. Still had fault. DPF just needed a clean.
 
Same issue with my 2016 B class 1.5 diesel auto OM607
EML came on and then went off but diagnostic shows p047195 exhaust gas back pressure sensor
Road tested with no lack of power and live data readings with ignition on and at idle were within mbar limits but WOT reading at 1426mbar much lower than the expected 3500-4000mbar which suggests pipe Is blocked or sensor is reading incorrectly
Pipe can hold a vacuum which indicates it’s blocked. My question is can it be simply cleared or bearing in mind cost of parts, should both a new exhaust pressure sensor, and pipes be fitted. If to be renewed, any idea of part number?
