awful as that big star is, the sad thing is that it's not the worst part of the car's design

I priced one up with the same spec up from drivethedeal.com and it comes out at £31689 (a saving of £1012 off retail) so the seller is a bit optimistic with their pricing!

the star grille is standard on the sport

It may have been used to develop performance mods and run on a dyno.
The big sports grill looks really chav to me, the standard one is OK.
I've posted this before but the centre console looks like something out of the Opel design studio.Chris Bangle must be having a good chuckle to himself.

I do wonder what the story is there?

£33500 for a C220 is a lot of money - my C270 would have listed at about that price with all its options, but the £23500 I paid for it at 5mths old seems much more sensible.

Surely a less well spec'd C320 would be a much better bet than a blinged up C220?
