Sue has a Ka (I know, I know - she will swap for a white SLK with red leather and airscarf. Small cash adjustment if necessary)

The interior mirror has fallen 'orf (she says nothing at all to do with the number of used fresheners, mascots and ornaments hanging from it. Not possible ) Can I use just a normal superglue or does it need to be something specialist?

Many thanks

P.S. A thought - if she went and batted her eyelids at a windscreen place, they likely to have what is needed? Would the panel recommend a low-cut top also? :D

You can buy double sided sticky pads from any motor factor/accessory shop, they do
work very sticky,as long as you clean the glass and back of mirror thoroughly, cheap too.

You need special windscreen glue.

It comes with a gauze pad that helps it adhere to the glass , I had to do our one on the a class when we bought it.

Halfords | Loctite Rear-view Mirror Adhesive Kit

You do need to make sure the screen and mirror are scrupulously clean , wipe both mating surfaces thoroughly with acetone.

I would go with the Halfords kit. Sticky pads are a lottery.
