Forum Dirtywarez Hacked or down

Ok for those not in the know this isn't a porn site but a file sharing one.

Are there any other members on here that download movies, music or applications from this site ?

If so is the site still working for you or has it been hacked with an advertising site when you open ?

I'm stuck on this one, I've just run Malware Bites & its made no difference at all when I link on my link to forum dirtwarez the site traffic for you comes up & I'm using IE if I log into Mozilla which is my second choice forum dirtywarez works fine.

Any one got any suggestions other than using Mozilla all of the time ?

Delete your link/shortcut and then type in the dirtywarez address, definitely sounds like Malware also try running microsoft security thats helped me on IE issues in the past

I've sussed it, I noticed that on Mozilla the site was saved under its old name of BayW & not forum Dirtywarez, I went back to IE & typed in Bayw & it worked taking me directly to forum dirtywarez. I retyped it in the address bar & bingo all is fine.

it does sound like you may have Malware on your pc, Malewarebytes is a great program but works better with the pc in safe mode.

If that`s how you did it apologies but thought i would mention it just in case
