front head restraints

I removed the front head rest from my E320 CDI and accidentally disconnected an electrical wire.
I am assuming that this is the connection for the 'proactive' head restraint system.
My problem is that i can't see how to reconnect!
The other end of the connection is deep inside the seat and can't be reached.
Does anyone know how to reconnect?
Is it easy to remove the back from the seat? If so, how do I do this?

If you pull the seat back off you should be able to reconnect the Pre-safe wire . The seat back is attached with 2 TX 20 screws at the bottom , with these off slide the back down and off
