front screen and problems

Still cant get to the bottom of this one. Someone must have an e class with blue tinted glass who can confirm or otherwise my query. is the depth of tint on the front screen the same as the drivers side window or is it more of a smoky colour.
Also I am v. surprisd that MB customer services seem reluctant to help me clarify this point and were in my opinion quite rude. Who at MB UK can I address a letter to conveying my disappointment

You asked the same question a couple of days ago,whether your car is an A class or E class. Mercedes Benz build all of their cars with matching tints all round .

I know I asked before but cant seem to get a defintive answer. Autoglass say the screen I have is right (smokey grey) and my MB dealer says the front screen will not be tinted. All I needed really was for soemone who has a car with blue tinted glass to look at the same image through the side and front glass and say whether there is a difference... or not!
