Fuel rail/system pressure (B1) - too low P0087

Any ideas where to start as it seems if it can be alot of things.

First of all I have only had the car to about 7 months and knowledge of diesels are limited.

So runs generally OK if driven normally the issue started about a month ago when I noticed if I kick down at about 60/70 it would go into limp mode essentially no manual mode reduced power. Resets on ignition and clear after a few cycles.
Fast forward and it has its slowly got worse with code on every kickdown or aceleration over 2.5k on eco or 3k on sport, mpg is down and idle seems rough or will happy go to any speed just not over this rpm. Note the issue is sometime more sensative which is odd, Changed oil filter and leak off looks OK and can not see any leaks.
What pressure should there be at the rail any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

That's why I was asking as you only mentioned oil....
