Looking to change my front grill on my w202 any ideas what I should buy?

If you really want to change it then maybe those 5-louvre aftermarket grilles maybe an option.

Personally, I like to retain the original design of a MB. When I had my W202, all I did to the grille was paint the plastic in matt black since it was faded over those years and the end result was great. I also polished and waxed the chrome whilst it was off the plastics

Avantgarde grill, all other aftermarket ones look rubbish IMO.

Ok thank you for replies I have tried looking for a avantgarde grill but for some reason am confused which is the right or original one, sometime thinking should I or shouldn't I as I also like to have original look at times too

That's the name of the grille - I always call it a 5-louvre grille for some reason

Sorry, I meant the Avantgarde grille and not the aftermarket ones.

For the W202, the original grille is the 2-louvre grille in the UK. IMHO I don't like the look of the Avantgarde grille on the W202 purely due to the crisp but calm design of the front, which gets disturbed by the Avantgarde grill.
