Hi All,

I currently considering trading in my w212 E63 for a 2019 upwards GT63s (plus money on top), I really like the aero kit for the car but have seen some very nice examples with the kit on but with high miles and other examples that are younger with low miles but no aero kit, hence wondering if the MB factory aero kit can be retro fitted for a reasonable cost. I know it was around £3000 as a factory option but suspect it might be more expensive thereafter to fit.

Anyone else looked in to this and can offer some advice?

thanks
T.

Issue I'd be considering is for the full genuine kit I bet it won't be cheap. Moreover some of it will no doubt clip onto place where other parts may need holes making in the actual body work so would be best completed by a bodyshop unless you're able to do it which again would be expensive.

If its anust have option then I'd certainly hold out for a car with a genuine factory fit

Sorry I can’t help with the specifics however you’ll likely need to do something to stop the active spoiler from operating. It’s certainly possible though as it’s been done on the GT coupe and roadster.

thanks both, I am probably going to have to hold out for one with the aero kit and low miles. I've researched some official MB parts companies and its circa 10K to get the parts themselves in order to retrofit and then fitting costs on top, so not worth buying one without the aero kit in my case.
