Guages on screen

So having a premium A45 AMG, I thought there would be a way to have a boost gauge showing on the screen, i have seen a few on google image search bit no real imfo on how to get it.

Can anyone give me some advice or what i need to do to show the gauges.

So after visiting MB yesterday the salesman assured me theres no way to add it, saying "if its not got it then its not got it."

Surely there must be a way to add it in?
I will attach a picture of what i am talking about.

My C Class has it, bit of a faff to get there though. Can never remember how it's done and need to go through the menus a few times to find it.

Would something like this be any good?
Ignore the daft readings on the minor gauges - I hadn’t fully set it up.
I used a wireless elm obd adapter connected to the dashcmd app on my iphone (many other adapters/apps/phones are available)
Worked well on my Jeep.
