hands free upgrade

hi all
i have 2006 c220cdi and would like to upgrade the radio to hands free..anyone know what i need to do this
i have got some bits from flebay with this part number 0516735

Retrofitting the original MB Convenience Telephony option, or COMAND NTG2.5, will probably prove too expensive if all you are after is hands free, though either option will preserve the original look and feel.

The alternative would be an aftermarket kit, e.g. Parrot:
