Evening all.

What's the best working compound kit to remove the yellow haze from a headlight.
I have one old and one new. The difference is vast. I need to scrub up the old one

Cheers.

1500 grit, then 2000 grit, then 2500 grit, with abundance of soapy water, polish afterwards, wiil take about an hour, but it is worth it

X 2 The 3M Kit

IF your Lenses are any form of "Plastico" (NOT Glass),Following the Directions
,EXACTLY as Stated,in the "Minnesota,Mining + Manufacturing" (A.K.A. 3M) kit
make the Job fool-proof.

You cannot use "Too Much" Tape to protect your Paint! Use the 3M "Blue" painter's Tape.It will release without damaging the Paint.

Megs is about as much use as toothpaste, go for Bigeasytwini's method.

I know I've done the job, just polish the surface well after you've finished :thumb:
