Headlights not turning on when unlocked

Hello, I have MB 2018 e200. My headlights aren’t turning on when I unlock the car, even tho it did few times in the past , i thought it might be battery as my start stop function didn’t work aswell , however I changed the battery, the start stop function is working but the headlights are still not shining when unlocked. Couldn’t find anything in the settings. Any ideas?

I think they are in the convenience settings, lighting, on/off, delay time..

As above, you need to reset the feature in the convenience /lighting settings.
