Headrest Replacement

When I got my 2000 SLK 230 with Lignite Leather seats (dark grey to you and me!) the one thing she didn't like was the headrests. I agreed... you can't really lie back (comfortably) and think of England as they're too far back! Someone told me that Audi A3 headrests are the fix and sure enough- THEY FIT and are very comfy! I've just bought a set of 4 on eBay cheap, but I'll need to get them covered to fit in with my dark grey leather...

I'll need to find someone the stitch them, but anyone any ideas where I'd get the right coloured leather?

Is it possible to use the leather from the old headrests?

No as the new ones are deeper so I'll get similar leather and ask a growls to cover them using a similar stitch. Then I'll spray them although it might be wiser to spray them then stitch them.
