Headrest stuck.

My drivers electric headrest is stuck in the down position, I can hear a faint clicking noise when I press the switch up or down, but it won't move, any idea's?

You could try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery - worked on my 211

Take off the panel on the back of the seat and you will probably see either a broken fitting or the motor is dislodged (horrible plastic mounts and fittings).
