Hi Everyone

Firstly I am a new and proud owner of a 2010 C350 sport and because of this I am now a new member on here.

I have two questions :D

Are the wiring looms pre installed for heated seats as i do not have them,

And as my car is pre facelift is it possible to change the rear lights to the newer led ones with little or no fuss?

Thank you

Welcome to the forum....! Not sure about the lights,; depends on where the power supply for the LEDs comes from, if built into each unit, you might be OK, but if separate, providing one might be tricky.

The heated seats are not pre-wired, but all the bits for an DIY OE installation can be bought. Otherwise there are companies that will do it for £600 upwards.

Cheers ernie ill look into the lights a bit more.
The seats seem more trouble than its worth haha

I had heated leather in a previous 204 which was great during the Scottish winters and then heated seats in an Elegance during the 6 weeks I had it before somebody wrote it off for me. I found them less of a necessity due the nature of the 'artificial' leather in that car. However, the current car is a Sport with half fabric and they are OK without heating. I did consider it briefly, but decided it wasn't worth the cost.

To my knowledge my car has real leather which is a tad cold in the mornings.

If it was like previous cars i have had where the loom is already in place and it was just a case of connecting a button to one end and the heat element to the other i would of done it.

But like you said its not worth effort to do it.

Thanks for the info though
