Heater problems

On my w124 200 the heater blows hot on the one side and cold on the other both dials set to hot some times both sides blow cold

Is the a way of bleeding the cooling system of air?

Does your car have REST function on the re-circ buton. If so check the pump is working otherwise there may not be enough water circulating around the heater matrix.

To bleed the system run the engine with the filler cap off and keep squeezing the bottom radiator hose. Keep the expansion tank well filled.
Bleeding can take a while to do.
