Hi ive got bit of a problem with my vans heating the blowers work on all setting but its not blowing out hot air or its not demisting the windows any help or advice would be really appreciated

Thermostat stuck open? Is the coolant temp shown on dashboard very low too?

This was the same symptom on my car. New thermostat fixed this problem, now heating nice and toasty warm again.

Welcome to the forum by the way!

Could be anything to be honest, thermostat, airlock, faulty water pump, best to get it in to a local garage asap.

Could be lots of things, is the water temp getting to normal? Has your van gone a heater booster or aux heating unit?

Did you get any further with this? Check your engine temp (coolant in fact) when driving on a long-ish run. If it doesn't increase fairly quickly and reach 80C+ then it's similar to the problem my car had (and unable to clear misting quickly) and this was a relatively cheap fix: fit new thermostat.

Let us know if you manage to get it sorted out.

if the temp gauge rises quickly to about an eighth or quarter way up the gauge then doesn't get any higher (near the normal half way) within the first few miles (say 4 or 5) it means your heater booster is working fine (CDI) but the thermostat need changing as its opening too soon and is basically knackered/kaputt. Did mine today....heaven to have a toasty heater on low instead of a feeble just above cold heater on high to try and demist/ thaw out cold feet.......
