Hello from a newby!

These guy's are very good and very fair as well. I've not had chance to use them on my S210 yet but when I have dealt with them in the past I have always been happy.

They have offered to do my evaporator a lot cheaper than MB Macclesfield and I trust them to do the job properly.

The biggest risk would be; no inspection and a short warranty. I'd look to address at least one of those if I were you.

I can confirm that both SPR in Stockport and Merx in Fenton are excellent

Not sure I entirely agree with you chiefski26.

He was asking some honest questions from a group of knowledgeable folks about spending some hard earned £5000 pound notes.

He got some very good answers to some concerns and it has only been 2 days of chat. Not dithering but investigation. Better to be safe than sorry and I don't blame him at all.

Bad luck Daniel by the way - If it's gone it was obviously not going to be your car anyway. There will be plenty more..

When I bought my VX 3.0 Elite Omega Estate it took me around 6, months to find the right car and many were rejected. I've had that car over 10, years now and had close to no problems with it.


How I wish I had sought advice on this forum (wasn't a member then) and dithered before I bought my S210...
