2006 class C 220 CDI W 203 Diesel. Help, Engine won't start seems to spin with no compression. Just cleaned E G R valve no other issues. Any thoughts?

Probably not a compression issue unless you've verified with a compression test.

Campbelt or chain snapping is a common course of a fast spin with no compression.

Cam position sensor?

Have you hooked it up to a code reader?

Starter not engaging with the ring gear, therefore, the starter is just spinning away, with no resistance, maybe.
