Help - Hire Car CDI220 AMG Sport 12 Plate

Hi just got a AMG Sport I presume with Command and just have a few questions as have no manual.

1. How to connect mobile (bluetooth)
2. I feel silly asking but how do you open arm rest, just cannot seem to open
3. Is there somewhere to put cds?
4. Is there a USB anywhere as nothing in glove box

I see the online manual link has been posted, but if helpful:

Press TEL on the radio controls. Use navigator control to select Bluetooth and then connections.
Button on side of arm rest, both sides.
USB port inside
Not really any CD storage, but with streaming and DAB, well.....

I managed to work out in the end just managed to log on although I did not find button for armrest until end of journey. The cd I was curious about as when I press video button it said no cd or something like that.

I have found the vehicle amazing to drive and looking forward to owning one command is not bad either.
