Nothing special needed but there is a knack re the manifold and one of the bolts, Ian Walker has posted on this recently, I will try and find it

No special tools are required but I would buy the Haynes manual and make sure you are fully conversant on how to reinstall the chain tensioner correctly.

is it just a head set or do i need new head bolts ie: stretch bolts?

Yes new head bolts. do remove the tensioner first, and have some cable ties so that you can tie the cam sprockets up on to the chain.

I have not found the other post yet, have you looked to see how easy it is to get to the exhaust manifold bolts, if the rear one is too hard to get too undo the down pipes and remove with the head

Do take special care when putting the head back on re where it goes over the timing cover, as many get leaks there after doing the work.

You will need special instructions on re fitting the tensioner

thanks again i will price this up
