Help please, what turbo cartridge?

Hi Guys this is my first post and im looking for a little help.
My turbo has failed at around 340000 miles but eBay is confusing me.

The turbo cartridges are stating that they fit my vehicle but then go on to say that they fit only 2000-2006 311 models.
I have a 59 plate (PE59WMX) could someone enlighten me on what part I need please?

Edit: I may be wrong but certain car parts web sites are saying this is a GT1749V turbo 2006-2010 vans.
It would appear that this turbo is used on a few cars and vans by Mercedes, Audi, BMW and VW.
Ive found cores or cartridges (what ever they are called) from as little as £50 but the sprinter one seems to be more expensive.

I have 2 questions now, does my 311 have a GT1749V fitted and also could I use a core/cartridge that is for the same turbo but listed as being suitable for say a BMW or Audi?

Oh and if a cartridge is meant for another vehicle are they all the same or should I expect different behaviour from the turbo depending on what core I fit?​

I thought 340k was normal for a sprinter?

So no one knows what Turbo is on a 2009 311 then or what cartridge I might need?

A turbo cartridge [ they differ from model to model] normally refers to the inlet impeller+ bearings+ exhaust turbine +seals that fits into casing of the turbocharger. this article explains it.

I would emphasise what it says about getting a professional to rebuild it- better still just buy a complete reconditioned Turbo with a warranty
