help - red S on my automatic transmission

Hi guys,

I am wondering if anyone knows what the RED S symbol is on my automatic transmission a class mercedes.

I cant find anywhere what it is relevant too or how to turn it off, it only appeared today so no idea.

Does that not mean you're in sport mode?

Sports mode: you flick between Eco, comfort, sport, sport+, and individual

but upload a photo just to be sure. (We can't tell what gen A class you have)

I don't think it has a sport mode setting. its a 65 plate so 2015-2016.

From what ive just read it's sport mode if you change modes it should change aswell

Looks like Sport mode to me too.

That image just highlights you are in Sports mode.
Perfectly normal.
