Indicator light

Hi

My indicator is flashing fast on the dash with rear indicator fault but the indicator appears to be working! Any idea what is causing this? I have an A class 2021 reg. Grateful for any help before i take it in.

Does it have bulbs or LEDs as indicators? A bulb might be just going. I guess not a backup indicator, left and right the same?

Have you checked all the indicators (including the repeaters in the mirrors)
A relatively easy thing to check would be to remove the bulb and then refit it. Sometimes they build up a resistance on the terminals.

LEDs. Just the left indicator. Rear left fault on dash but its flashing as normal on the outside.
