Help with missing add ons from update.

Have had the latest updates done by MB after an air bag recall and the air cap has stopped working. Can see that some add on codes are missing from the update. Can anyone identify the add on codes 28653 28698 28704 28707 28709 28713. They were on the initial test but not re loaded to the update. The dealer wants £185 to diagnose but was working fine before and think they don’t want to accept their mistake. Thanks

Had same issue with mine, Aircap not moving and no light in button. The problem was that during an earlier Software update of the car, they forgot to "tell the system" that the car was equippped with Aircap, witch is optional. Hence the function was disconnected.

A new SW update at MB was the fix, works fine now
