If you're happy with the price then request a PayPal payment and when paid you can close the auction. Then conduct the deal like a private sale (like selling via classifieds in the loot).
Make sure you're aware of the PayPal scams as discussed previously.
I have sold many things outside of eBay to avoid the final value fees. No feedback may be exchanged though and the deal is done on trust.
