I'm becoming fed up dragging the Henry out every 2 days. Is there a battery operated vacuum that actually works?

I've got a Dyson handheld. Though the battery life is not great, when it works the suction is very good. It then takes an hour or two to recharge.

I was also going to suggest that one but I don't think it comes with a hose?

That's true. Mine has 3 different endings; standard flat end with stiff brush, soft brush, long nozzle, but not hose option.

Are you talking about for the car or house? Don't think a battery one will be anywhere near good enough for the house on a regular basis.

What do you do in your car which warrants having to Hover it every 2 days? :)

Every 2-days? Crikey, that's some serious hoovering - your carpets will be threadbare in a few months! :d

Can't you just give them a shake out or something and a proper hoover once a week? :)

this is the guy that came to a GTG with his car wrapped in cling film to avoid stone chips!!

seriously? and if so where did he clingfilm? the whole front end?

Buy another one and keep it in the garage with the car...:thumb:

M.

ive only hoovered my car once since buying! when you have 2 kids in the back theres no point worrying about the interior carpets ;)

All this blossom flying about isn't helping the situation!

Sigh.......
