New to the forum but not new to Mercedes. First car I ever bought (in 1996) was a 1978 230E in English Red:
I ran it for 2 years and sold it on with over 350k kms on the clock. Full Merc service history and a great car. The rear wings were just starting to go with the dreaded inter-skin rot.
Next up was a 1984 190E, bought in 1998. Really solid and a great drive, full Merc service history and sadly rear-ended and written off in 2000 at 180k kms. No pictures of this one unfortunately.
Latest Merc was picked up this weekend, a C250 estate 125 Edn in Fire Opal:
Loving it so far, the xenons are awesome.
