Hi guys,
I was talking to the manager of Elite Direct - www.elite-design.co.uk - asked
him if it would be possible to arrange a gtg for us guys at their place. His responce seemed quite good, infact has asked me to see what responce i get.
The thing is, as they don't open on sundays,(that would be the only day they could accomodate) but the catch is - it will have to justify for them to get staff in,I will suggest one thing if anyone needs wheel alignment, they are good, infact i have sometimes seen the local mercedes stealers bringing their customers cars here for the alignment. - If we could get a good number of us and are willing to do things like alignment or need tyres, alloys, exhausts.,he is willing to discuss a club discount for us. So what do you guys say any good??,
let me know if it is possible.Bearing in mind as iam new i will need some assistance from someone who has arranged gtg's.In the mean time if anyone needs anything from these guys pm me and i will intoduce you to the manager.

Aww man :( now your making me homesick :p I spent many a Saturday afternoon sat around in there while various mates tried bolting excesive bits of kit, onto clapped out crapi's and VWs etc :( The funniest day I remember, was when we met a builder that was putting the finishing touches to his 107 SL 500 with a set of alloys that cost more than my mates car :D

I wish I had some mod budget left for this century otherwise I would be straight in there :D

They are good for alignment work, I take my car there. They are actually quite competitive on tyres, so if a club discount could be aarranged that would be great.
