How do I remove the panel?

Can anyone tell me how to remove this cover between the seats in my SL?

I have tugged and pulled and short of braking something, given up!

Its screwed in at the front between it and the panel in front of it. You may have to remove the lid of the cubby, the whole of the cubby to reveal the screws.
