How much did you pay for your (new) W204?

Hi folks

I'm thinking of getting a new W204, but I'm not sure how much I could haggle off the advertised price. How much did you guys pay for yours (new)? Also mention your model please.

Too much! Only managed to knock off £4.2k. Was told, and have every reason to believe, because I went for a high and unusual spec so it was impossible to source anywhere else (ie no dealers would have anything like it on their pre-order list). It also makes a difference if you're going for a finance package (which I didn't) because the salesman gets commission on that and also whether or not you have a part ex. There are so many factors it's difficult to compare.

I agree with Knighterrant, just sold my 8 year old E220 saloon and picked up a new E220 estate, the deal in the end came out as 6K for the px and they put 71/2K towards it, but I did take their finance and I had 2 dealers wanting my business so they had to fight for me to trade. I think it also made a difference when I did the deal as it was the end of the month and they were fighting for their bonus. All in all 13K plus for an 8 year old E220 was a great deal. I am happy.
