How to reset trip meter on my B180

Hi, sorry to be thick but can anyone give a step by step instruction on how to reset my trip meter. I am still getting to grips with my new toy!

With my previous cars I always reset the trip meter each time I filled up so I knew how many miles I had done since the last tank fill. With my last car, Kia Venga, it was a simple Trip button press to restore to zero no thinking required.

I have looked at the manual and it says to press the right arrowed button on the left hand button cluster of the steering wheel to get Trip displayed and then to use the up/down arrows to get to the option to reset but that isn't happening for me.

Does the manual state the car key needs to be placed in the ignition or accessory position whilst resetting?

Have you got the ignition on?

Can you select any other options from the menu?

Solution found.....With initial mileage and trip meter reading displayed i.e when first getting into the car (no ignition) press and HOLD the OK button and the option to reset the trip meter is displayed.
