Can someone tell me how to put the speed numbers in the speedometer, after my service it's gone back to millage, "cls 250

I am assuming you are asking how to change the LCD display in the instrument cluster from showing the total mileage and trip mileage (aka 'odometer'), to digital display of the current speed (aka 'digital speedometer')?

If so, then on my car (W204 C-Class) this is done by simply pressing the arrow-up or arrow-down from the steering wheel buttons.
