You can get a W211 wagon and graft on a CLS front end. I am sure its been done.

Actually, tell you something for free, get yourself a W221. My old mans really is superb and they are going cheap nearly new or under 2yo. Anyone who buys a high spec E350 needs their head examined when they can get one of those.

A tad big for me, but for a chap over 40 who doesn't want tight handling, that is the ultimate big motor
