I need this in my life

I like it :)

If ya do want it, I've got a bit of a bargining tool.....it's been up for sale on PistonHeads for a couple of months+ at that price ;)

It is a very nice car, and do like that brown (My old W124 230E was Havannah brown :bannana: )

I also think it's a lovely car in a horrible colour - sorry!

The W116 is lovely, but there's no way I'd pay £7k for a brown car... :D

 And, may I ask what is wrong with brown?? ;) My estate is bornite berry which sometimes has a tinge of brown about it but then does look purple. In fact, I do believe you have seen it at IBWs! :D

Last time I was at my local dealer I saw one of those. Absolutely gorgeous, same model, same year and same colour.
One owner and it was in for it's 54000 mile service. Oh and no it wasn't for sale (I did ask)

I find the brown suits the car, but its defenately a 70's colour. I'm not too fussed about the colour though when theres a 6.9l V8 under the bonnet:D

Is that the same type of car / engine that their is a fmous clip driving through Paris at the wee smalls..

While I don't like the colour today it suits the year.

Is that TAX except :) ??

i like these old ones very much!

after i've finished sorting my wife's new W124, i think i may get an older one W123 or maybe an older 70's S class to restore as a hobby.
